EVs cannot penetrate the transport market in enough time
to reduce pollution levels in the amounts needed for the
195 COP21 signatory nations to meet their agreements.
Cutter is an existing transport pollution 'bridging
solution' that is highly effective, low cost, very fast to
implement, non-invasive and non-disruptive.
Carbon Cutter results give new technologies enough time to
supplement their implementation -- at a cost that will
not impede EVs or any future technology. Carbon
Cutter is a bridging technology -- Carbon Cutter mitigates
greenhouse gases to a great degree right now.
Can an Internal Combustion Engine (ICE) pollute
less greenhouse gases without modification?
And if an ICE engine becomes more efficient, would
a driver notice a change? A Katipunan, Quezon City TODA (Tricycle
Owners and Drivers Association) driver reacts very
happily after test-riding his Kawasaki Barako II
150cc trike (tuk-tuk) with a new Carbon Cutter
This type of change can only happen if the engine is
suddenly running more efficient than before.
Like his is.
Carbon Cutter reduces unburned, wasted fuel that is
exhausted as greenhouse gases, including CO2,
inexpensively, in about 40 minutes on the tricycles
-- and does it RIGHT NOW. #CarbonCutter #savegas #pollution
Two mechanics, including the Vice President of the
TODA - Allan, installed the Carbon Cutter in 19 trikes
today and every driver noticed a large reduction in
the gasoline smell from their exhaust pipes. The
students of Ateneo University will breath that much
cleaner air with much lower greenhouse gases thanks to
these drivers being willing to be a part of this
Many thanks to JR and Allan for working so hard to
finish these trikes today!
A week after the installation in 24 of the City of Malabon
TODA President's tricycle units, we went back to see
what the results were and to install more
units. All the users loved the device and many
more wanted us to install. A few of the
already installed Presidents showed us their
tricycle spark plugs and they looked beautifully
clean -- which is only possible if the engine is
running at excellent efficiency -- and you can see a
You cannot have spark plugs that clean if you are
wasting fuel and polluting heavily.
Monday morning a
jeepney failed its bi-monthly emission test with
an opacity test score of 2.50. (2.50 and above is
an emissions test fail and means the jeepney
cannot be driven on public roads.) We installed a Carbon Cutter
device on the same day and the owner test drove
it. You can see a video taken after that
test drive here:
morning the jeepney was emission tested again
and it ~passed~ with a score of 1.64.

of 20%, a 20% reduction of unburned fuel spewed
in the air and as well as a government verified
75% reduction in PM2.5 particles.
In Oct, 2019 we met with 40 of the 52 City of Malabon,

After speaking with them, 24 agreed to try the
device. We installed and agreed that we would
return the next week to check on the results.
We went to the city of Teresa, Rizal,
Philippines to meet with the presidents of the
tricycle associations there and install the Carbon

Carbon Cutter has been verified by
the Philippine Department of Science and
Technology's "Environmental Technology
Verification" testing as fulfilling the claims we
make. Before the test we were told by the
test supervisor that "no similar device had passed
the (ETV) test yet". We smiled. And
then we passed -- with flying colors.
If you were looking for a way to reduce
that itself does not promote high levels of carbon during
its production, reduces 'fossil fuel' dependence, reduces
greenhouse gases such as CO2, created a
livelihood for and increases the survival level
of low-income and/or disabled men and women --
and you want to do all of this RIGHT
